Yes .... their staff will do the serving. Here's what they sent me.

B-Fast: All you can eat. Scrambled eggs with cheese and bis gravy saus patties and fried pot  salsa peppers water coffee

Dinner: Dinner will be serve plate and will be ready at 5p and it will be ckn fried ckn or ckn fried stk  veg mashed with gravy and gbeans. We will make a sheet cake and provide cake on each place setting

Each rider will need to provide their ride leader with a ride waiver in case an emergency arises, and the leader needs to make contact with your provided emergency contact. Also, if the leader wishes to post a ride report, they will have your name, home town, etc.

Some web browsers will allow online completion and printing. If yours doesn't, download and save the file, then open with Adobe Reader or comparable PDF reader. Save the completed form and print it out. Give one copy to your ride leader. We will also have blank forms available at the registration desk in Beaumont.

From that page, you can also go to the registration section. Registration closes on May 18, 2021 and is discounted by $10 until May 1, 2021.

So far we have 24-riders registered. We might need 1-2 more ride leaders if you are so inclined. Just message me and I'll get you in the loop.

Also, I contacted Beaumont Hotel and they will have some tent camping behind the hotel, by the airplane. $20 per night.

Also, I contacted Beaumont Hotel and they will have some tent camping behind the hotel, by the airplane. $20 per night.

There does not seem to be a restroom or shower for the tent camping area from what I hear, that is a bit disappointing at $20 a night.

I asked about this, if you've reserved a tent or RV spot, this is not an issue. Restroom/shower facilities are located on the NW corner of the hotel.
