Those tires look small. What's the max rated speed?

Are the tires in good shape?

I've been wanting to get a trailer like that for a while...

Not sure about speed rating. I bought it in Dallas to take our bikes to Arizona,  plans changed so we weren't able to take the bikes. Tires were put on right before i bought it so less than 500 miles would be my guess. Tires say 760 lbs max at 90psi. That would be each so 1520 lbs total for the tires. I wished I would have seen one of these before I bought a harbor freight trailer last year. Altho the HF trailer has worked great. Good luck selling. It looks like an awesome buy.
