Got her out in the dirt today, it feels glued to the road in corners!

Still learning all the electronic gizmos... pay no attention to that 30 foot rubber stripe on highway 54...

Bikes like this are supposed to be dirty :D

I asked Letko, they have a couple of standard models left, but aren't expecting any more R's until next year; and I saw a waiting list two pages long in the sales office!

I am kind of surprised that KTM didn't send more R and fewer S. I am seeing a lot of posts about dealerships having unclaimed S models, and a waiting list for R as long as your arm.

While i was in for my 1000km service last weekend i talked to four or five people about the bike (and how awesome it is), one fellow left with one of the two remaining S models, but I could tell he wanted the R.
