Damn it Nick! Here I thought you came through this one unscathed (have to rescind my FB post).

Take care of yourself and get on back. I can relate as I have not had lil Nel any further than the car wash since my incident late July.

Looking to get some riding in before season ends but I am a fair weather rider ATM so have to pick and choose.

Bummer, Nick. Let us know the extent. Have been riding decades with an ACL deficient knee, and can appreciate the rehab. You'll be back, perhaps a little more sedate, at first!

Did the MRI dance a couple weeks after the palooza. Everything was good except the ACL, no other tendon or meniscus damage.

Twice a week PT since then. Getting a little better every day!

Joint stability seems good, so it doesn't look like I'll have to have surgery. The most common thing I've heard from people who had a repair surgery is "I had that done" two or three times, one person said FOUR repairs. So, it's just going to break again...  why have major surgery? Quite a few folks I've talked to opted to not have it repaired and have said it's fine, and one person even said they had the surgery and wished they didn't!
