Woody, what was the condition of the shower house when you were there?
They have a nice little bathhouse/bathroom  in the north end of the camper/camping area that we used daily! I thought it was very clean and had no issues using it at all, well except for the wasps that seemed to loom around the entry to it that is!!

Thanks Woody. I'm definitely camping. I'll drive my truck and pull a trailer with bikes.

Thanks we will get together, got a name ? Something easier than hbadventure ?
Thanks Marc

I’d come up to Garnett. Can my klr 250 be up front ?? It’s never in front unless I’m leading the route.

Certainly. We got to help it's ego! Lets get together as it gets closer. Work out the details.

Ya, Burt will do. But I have answered to much worse.

Thanks Burt, my klr can go in the back, it doesn’t weigh much. I’ll get with you as we get closer to the ride. I just saw the Arkansas 500 the weekend before, will have to make that one next year.

I did not see that the 500 was week before. I just talked to a guy who rode it last year and he could not say enough good about that ride. Why do we have to have jobs?! All this great motorcycle riding and we can't do all of it because we have to work. >:(
:D I would like to propose a Motorcycle social welfare program. If you ride dual sport bikes you could receive a benefit so long as you ride 5,000 miles a year not counting pavement. You can pick up your pay and fresh tires (knobby only, obviously)  from the local office monthly, and a government credit card for fuel and lodging. And well I am just thinking out loud. Maybe it won't work. But I am willing to be a volunteer for a test program for a couple years anyway. Seems like the least I could do.

You will be in good hands Marc, and perhaps a designated driver ;)

Scott are you still going to the CMA ride ?
Burt, we could do both rides 🤓🤓
I was thinking about it !

And Burt, that would be a great idea if we can get the state or government in on it 😀😀😀

I am still in the planning phase. I do have an RV and 8x12 trailer available, waiting to hear back from Vic if he and Kevin are going to commit. I don't need all that luxury (or expense) for just myself and bike, but sounds like there is a need to reserve a spot ASAP if going that way. 25$/night and 6 MPG :D

It is looking like the Flint Hills and BTK will be well represented ;)

I love my wife a lot, but I am unsure if she loves me enough to allow such a muck to be run. And my band is booked that weekend anyway. So I can't go. Only reason i get to play rockstar in a band is my wife is the bass player!

Not exactly but Vic seemed to think the RV spots might fill up...he is supposed to get back to me tonight so....I will let you know.

This RV has all the amenities and will sleep 3+ easy with out bumping elbows or anything else :P So I might have space to rent...???

Burt, I reserved a RV spot today. That left one more RV SPOT out of 16 RV spots. I didn’t ask about the rooms but I would get on it if I were you.
