Hello,

I'm a soon-to-be new adv/off-road rider.  My current ride is a Yamaha Stratoliner.  As soon as I correct some issues and dispose of a Vstar 1100 I setup for my wife to ride I will be in the market for an off-road bike.  I have my eye on a Tenere 700, but will be riding something non-plated in the interim to gain some off-road experience.  I'm trying to get setup for my young boys to learn off-road riding while I'll have the ability to take longer trips as time permits (yeah...good luck with that, LOL).

Welcome! Glad to see another rider in ADV. I haven't had the opportunity to ride a Tenere 700, but by all reports they're a great bike!
