Coms to 4-wheelers?

I have a Sena 20S on my helmet, mostly used for music and such, but of course it's a communicator as well.

Does anybody have any thoughts how to use this to tie into 2-way communications with somebody in a 4WD? Short of putting a helmet and another Sena on their head, that is!
